Jon started the Pointman Podcat in 2020, in hopes of helping end the stigma surrounding mental health within the Law Enforcement and Veteran communities. SInce then, people from outside each community have joined the show to share their own story.

The podcast is a nod to those who speak hard truths and live on mission.

In 2025, the Podcast was officially re-started, and joined the Counter Culture INC Network!
